Refund policy
When unused crochet credits can be refunded.
Digital credits
Credit packs are digital goods delivered as soon as Stripe confirms payment. A generation that fails does not consume a credit.
Unused credits
Email hello@www.zwnpy.com within 7 days of purchase if you have not spent the credits from that pack. We refund the unused pack to the original payment method. If you spent some of a pack, we refund only the unused portion when that is practical, otherwise we explain the remainder.
Used credits and subscriptions
Credits already spent on a successful download are not refunded. The monthly plan can be canceled from the Stripe customer portal or by emailing us; cancellation stops the next renewal. The current period is not prorated.
How to ask
Send hello@www.zwnpy.com the account email and the approximate purchase time. We match it to the Stripe payment. Chargebacks without a note make the refund slower.
